Founder Patrick Gilles has been active in event management and media design for major corporations for more than 20 years and brings extensive expertise and an excellent network.

You already have everything organized and a clear vision of what should happen, but you still need someone to handle supplier payments because they’re not registered vendors in your company?
Well, we just do it
- We register your suppliers and pay your business partners faster and more flexibly than your own organization could, including prepayments. This helps reduce your internal supplier list (vendor roster).
- We review and sign your event contracts. Our experience protects you from hidden pitfalls.
- Cancellation management: we negotiate postponements or cancellations on your behalf, more effectively than standard market practice.
- Does your organization operate with 60-, 90- or even 120-day payment terms? That ends here. We offer your suppliers shorter payment periods. A maximum of 30 days when we handle the payments.
- We make prepayments possible, even if your company policy does not allow it.
- We have access to top venues with special conditions, the same goes for hotels, clubs, and restaurants.
- We book and coordinate your artists, musicians, or keynote speakers.
- We operate internationally.
